Three wise men entered Bethlehem,

To find the Christ born child,

Laying in a manger,

Resting quietly with a smile.

In awe of one so small so sweet,

They knelt to watch his face,

The beauty and the wonder,

Of God's giving, loving, grace.

Guided by a star to him,

They brought their precious gifts,

Of gold, frankincense, and myrrh,

Small compared to this.

Three wise men bowed and worshiped,

And knew that unto them,

The Christ born child was born that night,

In the town of Bethlehem.
