Reflection the words,
True feelings of heart
lay open to the world,
The most vulnerable parts.
The secret places
lay sleeping and hide,
Wishing & hoping
a place to belong
A risk worth taking?
It is but to teach
By risking to strangers
Before you dare leap
The real risk in sharing
those feelings so deep.
Preparing the self
For outcomes unknown
knowing full well,
the heart is exposed,
Risk with thy strangers,
And grow from within
The courage to share,
with one you may love.
With each tiny step,
Of exposing your heart
With each acceptance
Grows deep inner strength
The desires within
To help that of another,
To give of your heart
lessons uncovered.
To ponder idea's,
Thoughtful the whims,
or powerful feelings
that cryout to be heard
Reflection these words,
That of the heart
testing the waters
building the strength
To lay open the risk..
of vulnerable heart.
give first to strangers
And strangers response.
