Unheard Child

Weep not my sweet
little one,
For there is no need
to ever fear.


No longer shall harm
ever befall you.
For i shall always
be right here.


I am sorry that your
cries went unheard.
I am so sorry that
you were subjected
to pain.


Your suffering was
kept obscured.
But never shall it
happen to you again.


We were all given
a mountain to climb.
Though some may be
higher then others.


You're far too young
to climb this alone.
So i shall climb this
mountain with you,
just place your
little hand in mine.


No need to ever shed
another tear.
For now you could
safely wear a smile.


For i shall protect you
through out the years.
Never again shall you
be,
a victim of a Lonely
"Unheard Child"
