We walk each step measured by words unspoken
 

Occasionally we’d gaze into each other’s eyes
 

Hypnotized momentarily until our spirits speak truth
 

Truths for which they were created
 

Your smile ignites my soul
 

And we tremble
 

To a touch never made
 

Blood rushes
 

To confirm the essence of our being
 

We are shade to a burning universe
 

Our moment is frozen in the eternal clock called heart
 

As we walk through the garden
 

Curiosity with excitement rushes like a leaf
 

In pursuit of mother’s warmth
 

Squirrels stop frozen framed in time
 

Bee’s bounced from flower to flower
 

Wide eyed, winking a smile at me
 

Soundless they say, speak your heart
 

Birds chirp a special melody
 

To our body tempo
 

As our rhythms become one
 

We continue through the garden
 

This garden of our mind
 

Surly heaven smiles upon us
