An Ode to Spring.


Oh Spring!

How thou doth make my heart soar

Pushing toward the welcoming sunlight

Like the Crocus

Or the Pussy Willow...

No, probably not like the Pussy Willow

Someone might get the wrong idea about me

If I said I was like the Pussy Willow...

But I do like Spring

Just the same.

Pussy willows are my favorite spring flowering bushes. Nothing wrong with mentioning them in a good way. I know your sense of humor had to come through cause your thought were astray.
