Fractal Geometry

I think we are becoming

Part of the fractal geometry

Soon to be totally compressed

Having our principles undressed

Being stored away by intention

No longer worthy of attention

Losing all signs of former friendship

Humanities nicety has been stripped

Digital pictures of  solo kinds

Like snowflakes of unique designs

That become frozen on the ground

Merged until  melting with no sound

I wonder is there a place where flakes

Are reborn into one of a kind images

Ready to take place in future snowfalls

when a snowflake whirls about by wind and circumstance, its retains its individuality until it has given itself up to the cohesiveness of reason to which it has fallen ... we are like snowflakes blending into that oneness of creative cohesion ...

thought-stirring write!

I believe that such a place exists within each one of us, dear Eileen. A place where each one of us simultaneously perceives, admits and welcomes uniqueness, then rejoices in it - our own, and that of all others. A place where individuality is encouraged and cherished, then blends harmoniously, and spreads that harmony through reciprocity, which is built through enriching interaction. That place is the rebirth of our true Being, as It was and is and will be intended... and which is so near and so attainable, that it may seem to be too far and beyond reach, because it is a paradoxical place. The name of that place?
Love (with its unique and all-encompassing, yet countless names)

Unique we are, but the way that we all seem to be pulling inward instead of interacting is pretty frightening to me. It is some form of fear, I am sure, but why is it that we are taking on this "trust no one" way of life. Once, the bond of friendship was cherished above all else and regarded in the same esteem as family. Now, it is difficult to find a friend who won't go behind our backs and take advantage of our unconditional love for them. Is there a Heaven for snowflakes where they regroup and fall again as a fresh new snow? In a scientific sense, I would say yes it is entirely possible that could be the case, in a philosophical sense I think of them much as I do shooting stars one big harrah then gone forevermore. Wonderful, wonderful write, Eileen filled with thought-provoking verse.
Take care,
Sherry

We are all unique, one of a kind, no imitations the real thing and we will shine again, if we are lucky, for all eternity.
