I see your beaming face smile through winters lace snowflakes so magical floating by ephemeral we romp in frosty joy snowballs for our toy we kiss with artic lips touch gloved fingertips we hug and feel a thaw our hearts do a see-saw feel like christmas lights lit up for our delight for this precious holiday the woods is where we stay in our comfy cabin waiting fire lit next bed for mating jumping on our happy sleigh we go merrily on our way sending joy from winters cove holiday blessings, filled with love !
It does in Lake Tahoe which is where the Pic is and one of the places I go to see snow in the mountains , also Donner pass which is closer to me.Lake Tahoe is less than an hour away.

Ahh, frosty lips. Brings back fond memories. Often the best part was hitting the warm, fragrant air after a romp in the cold, starkly beautiful, landscape. Miss it.
