Bring it on, this poem is saying. If we do not dare our hearts to take wing, we live a dull, muddled and frustrating life. Even if, after that heart takes wing, it falls to the ground, it will at least have had "passion" to remember when it is old and gray, not life as it is. Good poem. Unicorn. Yuk.
