Oh Lewis Napa Valley, Syrah who could resist your taste you arouse such pleasure too methinks I'm in love with you
My dinner always taste much better when I share it with you, because your taste is never diminished by food nor is the lovely ambience of your mood
Let me see, what shall I do this evening think i'll share it with you Syrah and some old Tatum jazz piano,to enhance some wondrous California dreamin
With fruits, exotic spices, on my palate aromas of violets,cedars, briars coming thru i'm all relaxed in my loving dreams of the one who makes my dreams come true
I have never been able to develop a taste for wine, all of it, even the best, tastes like vinegar to me, & I know after once drinking half a bottle of white vinegar, that makes me very ill almost immediately...though I don't partake of any alcohol anymore anyway...still I different take on this write...Ed & rufuz
Not much of an imbibber of the spirits, but I can't get enough of your beautiful words, Eileen! Simply delightful, with a lingering aftertaste of pleasure on the tongue. Yes. BRAVA!
It has been SO long since I've enjoyed a good wine with my dinner, what with my children always afoot! Thanks for reminding me to enjoy one of life's simple pleasures!

I don't mind a good Syriah provided it's DOC. But I prefer the Cabernet Sauvignon, red and DOC or better still a Châteauneuf du Pape an excellent wine.
