To be a master, one must first be a good student. This poem taught me the breadth of your poetic power. You are back with a vengence. Unfortunately, I'm still far behind my holiday expectations.
A profoundly amazing grace shines through this poem in its recognition of a fellow poet. It paints each line with starlit hues and endows their meanings with intimations from a different plane. Truly mesmerizing to read this even if one does feel a bit like he's eavesdropping on an enchanted conversation between angels. Totally thrilling work.
