If we could live a perfect life, what a wonderful world this would be. No violence, no hurting, no greed,, just spending time loving and caring for each other. Today it seems everyone is out to take care of themselves and not worry about others. We could make a difference in the lives of others and in our own. We could make a difference in the world which we live in. What If?

What If

What if we lived on a mountain,
With the sweet clean scent of fresh air,
The motion of the sea around us,
With a soft breeze blowing through our hair.

What if the only music we could hear,
Was the chirping sounds from a bird,
And the waves as they hit the rocks,
With the wind in the trees, was all we heard.

What if the only words ever spoken,
Werekind words spoken through love,
And all things that were sacred to us,
Were gifts sent from up above.

What if we should do no wrong,
And was caring to all on this land,
Being of equal no matter the race,|
With no one but God in command.

What if we could make a change,
And live in the comfort of truth and love,
Then we know there's been a miracle,
Performed by God Himself above.

Oh yes it would all so perfect.
As always Rosa loved your rhythm and rhyme.
Another lyrical presentation that I have enjoyed.

Thank you for the offering.

Ahhh but would we not tire of perfection in our own and everyone else's life with nothing to compare it against. Just a thought did Cuz, I think the striving for perfection is what makes our sucesses worthwhile.
