Holding Her

Adore the love of your heart.(Lounsbury)

Lashes hide piercing eyes that shelter her,
Own arms opened wide for waiting skin.
 
Veins are engorged with an expectant purr,
Echoes of loving ring our bedroom twin.
 
Wait for crescendos of Eros timeless bell, 
In a twilight of red nuptials gate.
 
Love is caressing hearts beating spell,
Like a musical play that’s never late. 
 
My blood’s aroused by her perfect curves,
And she conquers my own towered dreams.
 
Kings have kingdoms, but our romance serves; 
Each need inviting those true enticing screams.
 
Roam that enchanted life with bridal bliss,
Oak tree’s branches hold her Cupule fruit.
 
Only my masculine charm unlocks kisses,
Mine her treasure of that silken loot.

Larry, poet and lover, reading the lines of your poem I cannot but visualize that painting about "The birth of Venus" you describe your Venus like an observer, not with your eyes but with your soul, not making apologies nor regretting to have given us a peek.
