have you lit a fire

            under someone

            to start them thinking

            about all they can be;

did you make a new friend;

buy groceries for a shut-in;

turned in that application

            for law school;

            simply said “I love you”

                        to a relative or friend. 

did you stay longer at a

            church or synagogue

            and talk to the pastor or rabbi;

            take time to pray “any”

                        prayer;

did you share yourself;

what did you do that made you feel proud- -
