(Hope is always there, if it seems it isn't, it only needs a nudge, then there it will be, you'll see)
worries can scurry
down my throat
like bullies
who navigate their boats
with hate and evil
they try and shake,
but less is what they sake today,
the hope that came
down
with the feather
kindly sent 'round
to me a letter
of reminding, soft, kind sentences,

could be,
with morning glory
in sun's wake

what Hope takes
to give to me
upon Her plate
with light from such
high planes, fear fades...
while Love reminds
through beloved
souls who're beside
me, I am fed
on what they give
and how they care
though outwardly
I take care theirs,
and through all this
my strengthened might
sweeps away
the doubts that plight
with wings, littering window
sills,
inside my heart
thus, Hope prevails.
Though wings of fear
wear down your will,
know with your heart
that Hope prevails,
