Mommys Little Angel

I will be strong...though I might cry...Someday I will be an Angel of Gods' just like you...


Mommy


Hold me tight tonight


You say


God will come for you soon


Tell me the story again


The color your wings will be


I love you, Mommy


I love God too


For saving a place in Heaven


Where you will soar


Always being close by me


You say


I am your little Angel'


I will be strong, Mommy


Though I might cry


For


I know in my heart


Someday


I too will journey to Heaven


Becoming


One of Gods' beautiful Angels' too


Being just like you

Powerfully heartfelt and inspiring seeing beyond the realm of the natural world.

So very sad in a way. Mommy is leaving on one last journey, a journey she will never return from. Yet, she will always be there watching, lisstening, gently guiding. Well done.

Terribly sad to look at death through the trusting and loving eyes of a child. You captured there innocent believe and grief so well in this one. Thank you Deb for sharing.
