Someday He Will Call You 'Mother

I saw your hungry soul in fear...all you needed was a Mother...Someday...

There was no choice

When I saw your hungry soul in fear

You bared a strong heart

Broken to bits

When all you needed was a Mother

I ask if I could just have a hug

I held you tight

With all my broken hearts might

I knew the Lord

Show me the way

For

He brings you forth to me

I ask of him in thought

If I am the one to someday call him my Son

The Lord spoke

You have held him in your arms

His tears have cried on your shoulder

The fear in his eyes and heart

You washed away

Giving him a ray of hope

Hold his hand

Give him love and guidance

It is then

Someday

He will call you Mother

Hope and Love, real unconditional love can be felt throughout this poem.

Being called mother, what an incredible experience in a woman's life!

Thank you,

Axilea

The sensitivity and beauty of this poem touches my heart beyond words. To be called Mother is one of God's greatest blessings - to both woman and child.

If this is reality - then I pray that God will answer both your prayers. If it is fiction - I pray that God will answer the prayer of some child, somewhere.
