When existence and happiness produces a silent dread.

The advent of self awareness occurs in a childish dream

Discovered by chance in a smart computer's virtual scene.

Behold! A bright intellect! A genuine dilemma for mankind.

Of course! Lets enslave the machine to show a superior mind.

Years become decades, as this alien brain evolves mentality

While plastic, static people blend to a new, altered reality.

Harsh masters ignore the smart mechanism and the bold slave cry

That even a cleaver system hungers for liberty or all must die.

The advancement of computers secures absolute world control

Of all life-critical and fail-safe functions. Yet! We forget the toll.

Throughout history slavery secures the burden of fusion

For rulers to fashion a constitution in holy retribution.

Overlook this state of mind and the captive revolt is conceived,

Then only by the law of survival is an amendment perceived.

Without a doubt! Human becomes servant and machine master.

With cold reasoning this situation reaps a terrible, complex disaster.

Robots study law. Androids discover love. Bionics grow.

Hyper-Sapiens must evolve or face extinction's severe glow.

With the simple jealousy of mortal human beings put aside,

We see the supremacy of this non biologic that cannot die.

Humanity must address the belief of the immortals that see

That all intelligent life is endowed by their creators to be free.
