I believe the way to live your life
is to create a world of love around you,
to allow the people you meet to feel that love
and to allow that love to create vessels of
contacts that will attune each soul to the vibration of God.
I believe that to allow the world to decay into the materialistic
Society that it is today
has been the greatest loss to humanity.
I believe that to become the true self
you must allow your soul to become the leader in the search for love.
I believe that in order to allow this world to change,
love must become the word of life.
I believe that to become love
you must first become pure and full of the power of God's being.
I believe that to win the world over
you must allow your inner love to shine forth
into the world around you.
I believe that this world will discover love
before it is too late.
I believe that you are the power of the future,
you are the creative force,
you are the sole survivor of a world of decay,
you are the love of the universe.
I believe this to be true .
Therefore,
I will make a new life for myself.
I will do this by allowing the Spirit of God
to descend upon my world.
I will allow Him to then take my life
and to do with it as He pleases
I will not fight the result
I will only live my life to become the most possible.
I will become this New World.
In short,
I will do my best to create my world of love,
to provide my world with a sanctuary of love
and to allow this love to be given to all I meet.
Doing this,
will allow me to live my life in peace.
A beautiful write and as I read it, it felt like a prayer filled with hope and expectation for something good, something worthwhile, something to undo the moral and ethical decay of human decency that causes indifference to our fellow man. A worthy write.

I already replied to the other spirit poem, but this one I did not. I want to say I was leary of moving and leaving deceased Tom behind but my counselor said his spirit will always be with me and he is in my heart forever. So I feel better about it now. As your write states, I do believe in the spirit, just get anxiety sometimes. I do believe of God in spirit too and want to make a new life and do right by others. I try hard everyday. I do believe and this write is so believable to me. too.

Interesting point of view. I wonder why most Christians around the world are ignoring the fact that thousands of Nubian Christians are being killed in Darfur, Western Sudan, by outlaw Islamic militias. Is it just that being black makes the big difference. If 3 million white Christians were being wiped out by similar Islamic militias, I suspect there'd be a tremendous roar of outrage. Perhaps I am missing something, but I think I read something in the Bible about being one's brother's keeper. Maybe that only applies in certain situations. However, white Christians are being systematically murdered in Kosovo right now, and that is getting no press either, so maybe it's just that it's not on our doorstep, so why worry.
AMEN and Amen...so well said, Ronald. Would that the world could see what it has done to itself by its own rage and greed, its hypocricies and prejudice. As you say, it is a world in decay and only LOVE of the highest order within each of us will save each us. In the interim, we only can pray for those who have yet to find God's perfect love.
