The skin we wear with all the wounds are soul has been inflicted with our spirit guides with us also.

You look so great in your monkey skin

a colorful reminder of your dreams,

a face painted with scenes of an afterlife,

the animals beside you at all times, waited and listened

at the right exact time,

for your soul to walk through that door

answer the sweet angelic voices calling out your name

before you run into that flame and are scorched;

burnt beyond recognition; your guides saved you

from the burning building you would have been trapped in.

Bodies fragile to an all consuming fire. Heaven knew you would be too late

to turn and run away through a blocked door; helplessly stranded.

I am glad you made it out fine,

your monkey skin survived the ordeal

the soul hung into the air and cried out your name

with the scenes of life rapidly going through your mind,

all the people you love so dearly were frozen in time.

Seeing their faces staring back in fear as your heart ached

for one more momet with them before taken away;

the love you had in your soul shined through

picked the pieces up of a shattered scene,

drenched the room with tears from above

all the angels must have cried for you

witnessing your soul in peril and all the ones you loved.

Hold onto that precious thought as you come to grips

with your own mortality.

Know you are special in God's eyes.; treasured in every way.

Why were you spared death from a raging fire?

Your soul meant in some way to carry on.

In the monkey skin of a hundred spirits helping you

in your time of unspeakable terror. They did what you couldn't do

Open the door to lifesaving air and heavenly skies;

unfolding tomorrows are yours to cherish

the sunsets of many nights continuing

when you dream you reunite,

with your spirit guides and animal friends

and the monkey skin you wear

a colorful reminder of your afterlife,

and life you were meant to live

will be ever thanked beyond that day

where the fires did not consume you in bed,

spirits led you to safety into the open skies

stretching for miles and miles,

you see God's face in them and the heaven's gate,

with the monkey skin you share with everyone.
