She is a waitress, workin in a local diner,
She is every man's dream, there is nothing finer.
He always sits in her section, she's his obsession,
He must see her daily or is swept into morose depression.
They like each other, they always laugh and smile,
As she walks around the room, his eyes devour her all the while.
She is just perfect, with big blue eyes and cherry lips,
She is poetry in motion, with sensuous swaying hips.
When she pours his coffee, he smells her jasmine scent,
Life without seeing her, would be a sad song, a heart's lament.
It is a futile romance, they both have mates,
Many a night, he curses his fate.
He hides his love, though he loves her like no other,
She is not only his heart's desire, but is married to his brother.

Now that is one heartache that will continue, unfortunately for a long time, so sad in a way....

Be always safe,

Sometimes the fate of love and passion is cruel and though we cannot help ourselves from falling in love with someone, we are often forced to live that love only in the confidence of our own minds.

Nothing inspires poetry like an impossible romance that cannot be had. This is a real sweet-bitter story which in most cases is the essence of romance, and you captured it.
Well done SC!

Sometimes things like this happen. It is attraction between two people. Here she is your brother's wife, so be careful. Don't get into any trouble you don't need. Good story.
