This has really made me think, Becca; a combination of The Bible and poetry makes me do that doubly as much!! :)) What comes to me is both the divinity and the frail flesh that is man, and how the two are in constant tension and yet together they are "holy". The title, too, makes me think: so often we are used to automatically thinking "Joseph's Brothers", and so taking us on a further generation makes an on-going link with us in our own lives and doesn't leave us purely stuck in the groove of the accepted "slice". What's REALLY on my mind as I write is the fact that God Is With You and your story of His presence in your life is quite remarkable and of real encouragment to those of us who do battle with life each and every single day. I know myself that He is a miracle-working God, and yet that He is intimately involved in the minutest detail of struggle that we face as well. His ways and timings are perfect, if we can but accept the "Bigger Picture", and His grace supernaturally abundant. I salute you as a woman of faith and action, and stand alongside you with my prayers for His complete work of healing and wholeness to be achieved in your life. You are remarkable and brilliant!
