Jamv is my sister, one of three that I have.She is working my "hiney" off however it is working and today being the first day of exercise and hard work; I can feel myself already loosing weight.
From last Monday, the 6th of June to today, June 18th I have Lost 11 pounds! I just moved in at Julie's last night. I have done the rest by walking bus to train for doctors appointments around downtown Dallas, the Big D!
I think I might like, the schedule here at Jamv’s house.
Even though I have been worked like a ”slave” and am thinking of moving away, again;
It just hit me that my family is doing this out of love for Me!
She and other female family members need to realize one very important thing:
This is my FIRST Day and I am tired and cannot do much more.
Hopefully, my stamina will get stronger. I never know with my body and all the craziness it has been doing lately. (Or should I say the last 16 years?)
I have survived on Faith till now.
