About five to ten years ago, my sister Julie and I were having a Serious discussion on health and she told me these words which I then copied down.
Two nights ago, I was looking thru an old box and found the words that were written on that paper so very long ago.
At what point are you willing to stop eating and say to yourself, "I do not want to feel good. I want to take care of myself. I do not want to get up from this table feeling stuffed and miserable and unable to concentrate!!!" At every meal you have the chance to care for yourself or cause yourself discomfort. The choice is YOURS!

Reviews of "Words by my sister, Julie, I believe. It is about health."
I hope you don't mind me calling you that. I really believe it comes down to self-control. I've gone throught many possible addictions in my lifetime but I truly believe that the strength in me has always prevailed. We live in a world of plenty which for most is easily accessible. Temptations will always be before us. Unless one has the will-power to walk away from them then they have a problem. This applies to all addictions not only overeating. I don't mean to toot my own horn but I believe that is one of the main reasons I'm alive today. Your write is very thought provoking. Thank you for excercising my mind.
Re-Release! No longer back-listed. Return to the Olde Ways. The hustle and bustle of modern day life has brought many of us to a quick fix attitude. This book is for those of you who are fed up; have looked at your life and your loved ones and realize
