Yes Becca - bless them - and pay them more - in my country they don't get enough money - 'Priceless' - it is difficult to put an amount in money for the amazing work they do -but they surely deserve more cash than they get, and more respect -which your poem certainly shows them. Well done Becca, Nicky x
