I went to a Catholic Cathedral Church last week and thought I would write about it today as I go back tomorrow. I am visiting my friend in Hurst, Texas.
As I pass the heavy wooden doors, I stand in *awe*.
It is silent in the church. I am given time to reflect.
I am in wonder at the intricate details of the organ and pipes.
How beautiful and melancholy the sound the organ makes when playing.
The pews are solid and sturdy. Statues of the saint's are along the wall.
My favorite section of a Cathedral is the candle/prayer part. It is where you give a little money if you have it and then light a candle and then say a prayer.
