Erosion Of Time

Oh, How time erodes
All that's beautiful before me
I wish I could once again
walk through the corridors
Of my most valued
Memories of You
Before my mind
Goes by the way of
Forgotten passions
Like a fallen dry leaf
In Autumn
Blown into the four winds
Or tear drops melting
Into the rain.
I crave to listen to your
Quivering voice
Expressing the love at hand
between incoherent sighs,
Moans and groans
As passion escapes our bodies
In the warmth
Of a hot sensuous night,
To taste the sweetness of ambrosia
lacing the tenderness
Of your lips, Once more
I would die for.

Sweetness calling,
I can hear your cry
I have been away
for such a long time.
No time has quelled
the insatiable hunger
that dwells deeply within
my ever loving heart.
Your touch,
Your kiss,
Your warm embrace,
lingers throughout eternity.
Time has no rules,
when destiny has chosen
such a union of
two like souls.
Tender memories,
of you,
linger within the
recesses of my mind.
Beckoning the revival
of kindred spirits,
to imbibe upon
luscious love’s juices.
Come to me,
sing our lover’s melody,
Defying gravity,
while knowing we have finally come home.
