touching you, across the miles
is not difficult at all

your presence wanders
past my senses and invades
my solitude beyond imaginings

your perfume arouses
the cyclops from his sleep

but do you believe my hands
are caressing your breasts
when you stand naked
in the breezes of midnight?

are my arms wrapped tight
around you in your scented bath
as my kisses claim your shoulders?

do you see my shadow in candlelight
dancing close with yours?

can you feel the fire of my lips
against your skin
when you lie under the hot sun
beside an aqua ocean?

do you hear my whispers of love
in the calls of seagulls?

and feel my tongue
exploring between your thighs
when you sit on the shore and
open them wide to the kiss of waves?
