CRESCENT MOON


i am your servant, prostrate at your dainty feet
a stranger wandering shores of your erotic paradise
where daring pirates are reduced to babbling idiots
when confronted with the supremacy of your beauty
and the hypnotic effect of your seductive fragrance

i am a grain of sand on your beach, watching you
from a station so far beneath your exalted perch
reclined in graceful curve of a gold crescent moon
where you command distant stars and orchestrate
