When the fatigued sky hides behind a dark velvet cape
And silence sits upon the surface of the waters,
Whilst behind black clouds all the stars sheepishly escape
And the moon hides from its many fervent admirers,
I lie with open eyes, dreaming about starlit skies,
Dreaming about moons circling other planets,
And buttercups in green meadows, kissed by butterflies,
And moonlit rocky shores that the waves and wind buffets,
And dream of flying above mountains, above the clouds,
Floating, wrapped in rainbow, feeling relaxed and dreamy,
Soaring high, far, far away from the maddening crowds…
…And I dream about the “Dreamer” who dreamt about me…
