About a dream I had many-many years ago, that was so vivid it still haunts me…

Poppies… Blue sky… Explosion… Red blood… and yells… I had a dream in which I was someone else. A dream of darkness, a dream of ugly deed… Where many innocents would end up bloodied… …A little girl… Casually tossed hand grenade… Someone jumps, pushing the girl… he’s unafraid… He throws himself on the grenade… He would die… That someone saved the girl… that someone was I… Poppies… Blue sky… Explosion… Red blood… and yells… I woke and I found that I was someone else… I lived… Learned some truths... though this may sound bizarre, The dreams that we dream of, can change who we are. © P. These dreams are just your subconcious taking a stroll through your cerebellum...normal and nothing to worry about...though I get them too and find myself awaking in a cold sweat...and have to make sure I am alive, well and living where I went to bed at...Ed
