Oh, all those sweet young girls I used to know
In the spring of my life… they were as fresh
As the spring breeze… But it was long ago;
Long gone the spring and sadly aged the flesh…
Time passes fast and the spring rivers flow
And rough earth keeps turning under the plough…
Oh, all those sweet young girls I used to know,
Are sweet, old, white haired, grandmothers by now.
