This was written for my aniversay to my husband Carl. We are always playing around with I love you more than... , trying to one up each other til we can't think of anything else or one of us gives up, thus this poem was one way to one up him, sort of. we've vowed to come back, after we pass on, to say one word More. (of course)
I love you more
More than all the waters of the sea
More than all the honey from a bee
More than the sands upon the shore
More than all the lava at the earths' core
More than all the clouds in the sky
More than all the things money can buy
More than an hour ago
More than any words can show
So today and everyday
I only have one word to say MORE!
He needs a wife. She needs a reason to trust him. He fell for her at first sight. She, not so much.
