Beyond the gate there is a road A road from which a journey flows Adventures that wait for me Places where I’d rather be. Beyond these walls I dare not go To places where I do not know Where people may be mean to me In this house I’d rather be. Regardless of the place I choose There is a chance that I may lose Except when you are there with me So by your side is where I’ll be It’s not so much where we go Or circumstances that we know But where the heart is safe and free That is where we all should be © Michael R. Wood

The grass is truly greener where the heart is.
