The road melts into an endless sky Dissolving against clouds of gray Just as day fades into dusk Our life seamlessly fades away Beneath a canopy of eternity’s night Confusing reality with dreamlike flight I close my eyes no more to fight Sleep my retreat until morning’s light A new road to walk Through this journey called life Copyright 2003 Michael R.
