acting like a rebellious child,

hat to the back and sly smile

i love the way you make me wild,

you bring out that other side

the one i try sometimes to hide,

though you make it seem alright

to contemplate things about midnight,

i love the ease of you and me

and how you always seem to see,

that me is how I'm meant to be.

i love that even if you go away

our moment not one meant to stay,

i'll know that as the seconds pass

our window of time closed too fast,

each moment shared will be pure delight

even if it isn't  "right"-

the things i love about you,

you see,

could go on for eternity-

but alas, my words must end,

for i can no more pretend,

to find the words to make you see,

just how special you are to me.
