Thinking On A Thought.
Considering All the Things
in this Life i Sought.
Talking with my Being.
Walking with my Soul.
Seein' what i'm Seein'.
Lookin' at The Whole.
Being says " hey buddy,
you've been down that road before.
'member where it took you.
try another Door ".
Soul simple looks at me,
shakes his head and says
" you keep tryin' to sing the same Song.
you've known It all along.
why not try a different tune
and see what ya' get ".
so i look at my Being.
i smile at my Soul.
" sing a New Song?
you mean change the Rythmn & the Ryhme?"
guess i've know It all along.
guess i'll try a New Song this time.
Steve, are you cranking these all out today? Nice job. Since you liked my last suggestion, how bout that last line again? It's got the rythm, so maybe if you changed it to 'guess this time I'll try a new song' it would feel smoother at the end. Heidi
