I trek through the snow
And look after me.
My footprints follow close behind,

I saw this poem in the list of Popular Poetry and thought I would check it out. Low and behold, it is from my old friend David Lee and reminds me so much of how in my youth I would see footprints in the snow that faded in time, often wondering who had made those footprints.
