in response
to my word play

dear lady-

i write in lower case
'cause i can't face
the upper case

i use CAPITAL LETTERS
to emphasize
that's when i caPITtalize

and it ain't that i can't spell
it's just my story i tell

oh well
oh hell

it's my poetry
that matters' to me
it's the words & the rhyme
that passes my time

besides i don't type so well
it interputs the story i tell

to have to think
about the Shift key
that not be me
then i sink
into less than my poetry
