you sang what needed
to be song

prisons
wars
rains in the cotton fieleds
women
bar rooms
tumes

1 that got lost

MR CASH

thank you
for your words
your livin'
for givin'

us all
a song

for the freight train
the timely refrain

thanks johnny

Funny, he is about the only semi-country singer, other than Willie Nelson that I can stomach...although I listen to so few in that vein of the music realm...Thanks to you Mr Patterson for posting this tribute, just in case Johnny misses it, I am thanking you for him, Peace, Ed & Rufuz
