as i take my walk each day
there are always things at play
things that change or re-arrange
things that stay
things that are new or strange
there as i walk along my way
things i See
like the morning dew
like the sky so blue
things that be
like the bay
with it's scenic view
a single wave at play
an early morning star
things thatare
a ship from afar
a passing car
the people i meet
they're quite a treat
as each day our walks we repeat
it's kinda' neat
it makes my day complete
the Sun
children on the run
children havin' fun
or up in the sky
just floating by
don't ask me why
a cloud
in flight
a shroud
so white
a bird up there
in the air
i stop and stare
a dog, a cat
who knows where they're at
guess they know that
plants that grow
flowers that show
the colors of a rainbow
a tree
that won't flee
from me
these are things that be
things i See
things i hear
whether far or near
a bird's song clear
a meadowlark
an old dog's bark
deep and stark
people walkin'
people talkin'
a morning "hello"
the wind blow
the ocean's flow
a tip toe
a car passing by
a seagull fly
a baby cry
a silent tear
whether far or near
these are things i hear
things i feel
whether false or real
things with which i deal
problems to solve
trouble's to resolve
those that involve
me and the past
those that last
those that seem to cast
a shadow
on my Life's glow
those that grow
those that i can't let go
old memories
old used ta' be's
histories
the tried ta' be's
the lied ta' me's
the wanna' be's
the just can't be's
a hollow part
a broken heart
a new start
my breath
Death
strife
Life
Love
thing's i'm thinkin' of
my heart heal
things that are false or real
theses are things i feel
yes, as i walk each day
these things come my way
some go and some stay
some hurt, some play
so all i can say
is "come what may"
yesterday has past it's way
and tomorrow is not today
Someday I would enjoy that walk with you on "your" Gulf...especially in the warmth of the distant south...this cold and snow and yuch is gettin' old again...fun to read your thoughts for a days walk...Ed

I agree that this is a great write and sums up taking a walk. I am glad that our weather is beginning to break some so I can take more walks as well.
This combined narrative dialogue and play is about the uncreated, unborn and undying transcendent Self of God-consciousness and Buddha-nature. It describes an odyssey of transcendent Consciousness Awakening and Remembrance.
Explains the realizations that have given the author the views of living life fully. The life each person dreams about.
You must take a look at yourself before dreams can be reached.
Deciding what is the core of belief.
Take care,
