The act of being alone doesn't mean being lonely. But living a lonely life is a terrible thing.
inglorious purity of one waters smooth the skies reflecting fistfuls of stars spread out over the heavens distant and silent their journey unremarked life still as concrete cold and deep as the space between a broken heart wasted with every second beneath the beating of a dove's wing entrapped within each solitary grain of one shadow taken to bed and greeted each morning the words clutched tightly and stoked with Dear Abby fortune cookies and every rainbow birthed from the tears of the sun a l o n e Trish
