What we do with our life now produces what we will have in the future.
YOUR LIFE GARDEN
by Cynthia B. Baello

Be careful of the seeds you've sown,
The life you save may be your own.
Those vines of hate and greed would creep
Its tendrils on your soul will reap.
The weeds of laziness and doubt
Will slowly eat what life's about,
And noble values that's in you
Are now corrupt by what you do.
When growing seeds of anger vent
and bitter fruits of discontent
Produce these plants "hostility"
Then conflict grows into a tree.
Friend cut them down and strike the roots
Out of your life you must uproot
The plants that would your life destroy
And sow the seeds that would bring joy.
Remember that I love you, friend-
And hope you find that in the end
This poem holds truth that you will know
God's word says: "Man reaps what he sows."
This is very real. We must manage our own framework
of spirtuality ... our own belief system ... one that
is positive and healthy, and one that works. Great
poetry !!
