Now it is out. The Philippine Courts set Lance Corporal Daniel Smith, a US military personnel assigned in my country, falsely accused of rape, and imprisoned for three years, free. I wanted to write about him for so long, but could not do so as it would be "contempt of court." We knew all along it was a frame-up and he was the victim of a set up, a birthday joke turned into a nightmare.

Like Jonah, you're out of the belly,
And I for one, am so relieved.
The case was a frame-up we all could see
But politics has a way that kept us deceived.

Your accuser was used by Left-Wing forces,
She has made up the story that none believed.
Now she took off somewhere with cash resources,
Dropped her charges that ruined the life you lived.

Injustice always comes to an abrupt end,
Whatever the forces that manipulate,
For God will be there to work and defend
The falsely accused, victim of hate.

The Left is a cancer that masquerades
As a force for the people it enslaves,
You were a pawn for their cruel charade
But you prayed to the One True God Who saves.

In behalf of our people we ask your forgiveness,
We cannot bring back the years you lost,
But you have our respect and God's
faithfulness,
May He bless you and your family with what you want most!









The Left-Wing (remnants of the Communist ideology) in my country control the countryside because they thrive on the poverty and illiteracy of innocent farmers. Their methods are cunning and manipulative, posing as "defenders of the people" but extort revolutionary taxes on the poor country folk. They are violent and have their own courts, and this poem has brought my safety on the line, but let the world know, they are not a legitimate cause, they have no agenda but to destroy and TAKE POWER. Their remnants are all over Asia, trying to overthrow
legitimate governments elected by the people (Thailand, et al.)
