across the echoes of
a rhyme
a cross between
belief and time

moving lines
carved by north sea ice winds
into
the water mirror
do you see
do you remember
dancing
across old concrete roads
traveling west
days without rest
glass
where are your screams
when you're enclosed by glass
blind man
caught between motion
and memory
ocean dream washing his
feet clean
sunset revisions
vibrations
colors dance
across the trace of
shadow silence
until death or
tomorrow remembers
where
ocean water called
and a young man
tasted salt
upon the lips of
a mermaid's song
longing for
forever
lost behind a glass wall
An interesting confluence of comparisons and juxtapositions as we travel westward toward and to the ocean where the glass wall and not the glass ceiling prevent us from finding that elusive thing called love? Quite a journey!
I can feel the essence of your travels for I have touched that Westernmost shore myself. I'm trying to imagine the glass wall or enclosure. But it just doesn't fit course you were on. Although I do know about the glass ceiling. Cripples tend to run into it.
