There are times that, no matter how hard we might want to help someone we love....we're not able...simply because either they don't want it...or they're not ready for it yet....and putting them in God's hands is the most wonderful thing we can do. Excellent write.

What an awesome poem that shows the commitment of a friend who knows when to step in and when to step back. It also shows that a real friend not only thinks about you, but takes their thoughts of you to the highest source of strength possible and puts them and you into his (God) hands.

What a wonderful way of expressing what we can do to help someone who is not ready for help. Our youngest was a softball pitcher. When she had a bad inning or bad game, her mother would run to her and tell her how good she did and she brushed it off. I learned after so many games to let her go off and spend time alone and then she would come to me and say, "Let's talk."

Oh, maybe I have a poem here that I should work on.
