Many calendars influence life’s direction
New Year’s Day gives rise to resolution
Lent offers a time for reflection
Introspection and spiritual preparation

This season is upon us
Whether you believe in Him or not
It is a good time to take stock
Of whom each of us is

Are morals up to par?
Do you talk out of both sides of your mouth?
Have you made yourself available to others?
Do you congratulate rather than envy?

Has your life been shoulda’, coulda’, woulda’?
You can still positively impact your life
And that of others
Do not do it just for forty days

Commit to and resolve to
Be a better and more beautiful you
Trust me – It will look good on you!
I can just hear them say,

“You look marvelous!  Simply marvelous!”
