WOW! This kinda' reminds me of my daughter Sarah, she was upset I didn't have pictures of her! I tried... but with her sister in the hospital so much of the time (with shunt operations/extensions/etc) it bothered me and I started looking and found some! She has an album full now! :)

Good for you that you have found your childhood photo. Sometimes our parents have a way of hiding photos., or discarding photos. of our childhood. I'm glad you have finally found one to validate yourself!!!
I'm so happy for you Carin! I lost all our family photo's in a fire,and know something of how you felt and feel! It took years for family members to send me some so i could at least have a few. Your beautiful and the poem is too!

The editor here really sucks, but I finally got the picture to upload. I had lunch with my Father, he found these negatives of pictures long gone and had them restored.
It was a lovely lunch, a different man, a genuine smile and seemingly happy, and he spoke of me and stories of my childhood. I'll be sharing more,my wishes have come true. My Father is Here and Present. I am happily experienceing a man that has been gone for some time. Life is Good!
