like a dusting of powdered sugar

the landscape is instantly white

sitting here in my gingerbread land

watching lollipops and gumdrops

take flight

ginger tea and licorice roots

tickle the fancy while sprinkling showers

sparkle and tickle boundaries of

existence

daring discoveries unravel surprises

outstanding, and miraculous

stargates and unicorns portals of

potentials all are swimming

upon inner space

peeping through foreheads

swirling through fields

colorfilled raindrops awaken

and yield

pathways and walkways

runways and flyways

knowing there are all ways

for playtimes to unfold
