The Opportunity in Every Problem
It seems that all throughout my life, problems do abound. Once I think I’ve solved them, there comes another round. To deal with them, throughout the years, I’ve found I have a choice, I’d cry or hate or just give up, but now I do rejoice.
The depth of all my problems, could never hold me bound, For solutions wait within me, from a silent whispering sound. Within a moment, maybe two, an idea will unfold. It will ease my burden, overcome, or fix it all; I’m told.
But is there more or is it all; this solution I have found? What if there was something more, some thing that could astound? Dare I look beyond the mark, once the problem has been solved? Is it worth the extra effort? Maybe… if an opportunity evolved.
So now I take another look from one view, maybe three; I seek for sources that will avail, themselves to you and me. The synergy that does prevail elucidates my mind. For now instead of problems solved, opportunities I find.
And so, my friend, I say to you; don’t be satisfied, With solutions where on laurels wrest, and which we all relied; It’s time we seek beyond the mark to see what might become, To find the prize already ours: the opportunity within the problem.
