Effect of Christ's life on man.

It is finished, it is finished,
The gospel plan was done.
The gift of life in Jesus,
Had only just begun.

The leaders and the Romans,
They could not understand.
That change in all the world,
Would come from just one man.

Wars and greed and envy,
When men just kill and take.
Yet Christians learned to give,
To live for other's sake.

The change within our hearts,
That makes us fit for glory.
It all has come about,
Because of Jesus' story.

It is finished, but it's not,
We live it every day.
We point the way to Christ,
In all we do and say.
